Judy Blincoe Carrico is a graduate of Western Kentucky University Nursing and University of Southern Indiana Masters of Nursing programs. Judy has a special interest in endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes and thyroid diseases.
Judy lives in Owensboro with husband, Steve. Judy enjoys time with her grand children. She is active in church, family life and professional organizations. Awarded Nurse Practitioner of the year by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives in 2012, Judy strives for excellence in all that she does.
Terri Carrico Congleton has a special interest and extended experience in asthma and allergy care. Terri also is a graduate of Western Kentucky University Nursing and University of Southern Indiana Masters Nursing programs. As a mother of five children, Terri is busy with home, family, and church. When she and husband, John, have spare time they enjoy outdoor adventures.
Lisa Willis has been an RN at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for 24 years. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University with MSN in 2022. Lisa is Married with 2 children. Outside of caring for patients, Lisa enjoys camping, crafting and reading.
